Our restaurant stems from the tradition of lagoon fish farming: we use local fish and shellfish, carefully caught and selected with respect for the environment and seasonality.
Each dish enhances the Venetian and lagoon gastronomic heritage, with authentic recipes and local raw materials with a very short supply chain: from the sea to the table, with no intermediate steps.
All served in the farmhouse garden, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the lagoon, for a genuine experience of quality, territory and tradition.
